Our Autumn Herbal Healing Expo! As the cooler seasons roll in, we are reminded the importance of herbal remedies to keep our bodies in good health and our immune systems strong. The Odo Nnyew Fie Kwan Healing Collective welcomes you to join us for a series of workshops designed to explore ways we can incorporate herbal practices into our day to day lives through the upcoming seasons and beyond!

Thidi Tshiguvho is the founder of The Healing Garden Institute which supports communities to achieve optimal physical emotional mental and spiritual health by connecting them to the healing powers of nature through gardening and medicinal foods. In addition she is an ethnobotanist who researches African traditional medicine and share knowledge through workshops and community based programming, particularly among African diaspora communities.
Join Thidi to learn about 3 medicinal vegetables/plants that African women have used for womb and general health for decades, learn tips and trick to grow them yourself, and enjoy samples!
